Join Dr Eleri Thomas as she discusses how the Welsh Lamb Meat Quality project is working to benefit farmers, processors and consumers with a greater understanding of what consumers think of Welsh Lamb.

There will be feedback from the consumer taste panel trials which took place earlier in the year and an outline of what’s coming next for the project.

The Welsh Lamb Meat Quality project is part of HCC’s 5 year Red Meat Development Programme and is part of the Welsh Government Rural Communities – Rural Development Programme 2014-2020, which is funded by the European Agricultural Find for Rural Development and the Welsh Government.
